Comments

Holtz is a lower overtime firm who's culture supports a work/family life balance. We are a respected name in the industry and it is a great place to start a successful accounting career. The PTO is generous and the pay is fair. The workload is not unreasonable compared to other firms.

Entry-level in Audit & Assurance

2.2 of 5 stars

Gives me an audit experience

Downers

Strict hierarchy, weak leadership base

Comments

While compensation is adequate for en entry level position, the upper movement is slow and not based on individual achievments. Mid-level positions are underpaid, considerening amount of hours worked. The company's name/reputation wouldn't make up for a low salary.

Mid-level in Tax

Most managers and partners are courteous and understanding of project constraints.

Downers

Compensation is below average, and there is little formal training. A top heavy structure leaves little room for advancement.

Comments

None.
