Downers

the variability of my work, and sometimes being not chargable

I like the firm a lot. I wanted to switch practices because i enjoyed the work more, and they made that happen. The company and the people i work with are very flexible, and trust me, which is appreciated.

Lifestyle/work-life balance

Comments

Lifestyle/work-life balance and Firm culture/colleagues are important factors that keep me happy at GT. Other factors that matter to me like compensation and prestige are mediocre and nothing special.
