The diversity of work is great for employees because you learn a lot more. There is great opportunity in the firm to take on responsibility and be noticed. Staff level employees interact with partners which also helps in the overall learning process. Everyone knows who you are. Upper management had made an initiative to focus on its business outlook and is getting in touch with employees to understand their needs and they are doing a good job responding.

Good balance between personal life and work. There is no crazy hours like big 4 firms. Audit partners are very understanding and willing to teach or sit with any level of staff who needs help.
