Andrew Morkes is a freelance writer and editor in Chicago, Illinois, who has been writing about college- and career-related topics for more than 20 years. He is the owner of College & Career Press. Andrew has written and edited many books for Ferguson's including the Encyclopedia of Careers & Vocational Guidance and many volumes in the Careers in Focus, Discovering Careers, and Career Skills Library series. Jill Castilla is president and CEO of Citizens Bank of Edmond. Jill ranks #1 on ICBA's list of Twitter influencers. She was named one of the "Most Admired CEOs in Oklahoma," one of the "Most Innovative CEOs in Banking," "Community Banker of the Year," and one of the "Most Powerful Women in Banking" in 2015. Jill previously served in the U.S. Army and Oklahoma Army National Guard as a construction and civil engineer. Prior to joining Citizens Bank, she was at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and with a community bank in Minnesota. At Citizens Bank of Edmond, she's served in the positions of Chief Credit Officer, COO, CFO until 2014 when she was appointed to her current position. Her academic background includes a master's degree in economics from the University of Oklahoma, and she is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison's Graduate School of Banking. Jill is a distinguished alumna of Hawaii Pacific University.
