Unfortunately, I don't know anything about doing business in Italy. However, I can offer suggestions on how to find that information. Cold calling and networking are the best sources of information I can recommend.
First, ask anyone you know at E&Y or Roland Berger about it. Second, find out from Italy's equivalent of the department of tourism or their Better Business Bureau who is doing business in Italy. Third, ask anyone you know who's done ANY kind of business in Italy for leads. Next, tap your alumnae data banks. Find out who among your alumnae have worked in Italy and call them.
