I have a B.A in MIS, Marketing, and Business Admin-long story and I'm in my 30's. I currently work as a helpdesk analyst with 5 years experience with A+ certification and am working on my MCSE
Microsoft Certified Sytems Engineer Certificate(Networking not software development).
1. I would like to move to the business side of technology i.e leading projects and forming strategy on I.T (eCommerce)implementations to increase sales and build a companies Brand. How do I get into a consulting firm with this type of background without an ivy league degree? (Is this possible?)
2. Do I continue with my current path which is get my MCSE, in addition get more experience leading Projects and eventually get my MBA and then apply to a consulting firm?
3. Are there other consluting firms that are not part of the big 5 that would consider me with my background?
Help
Thanks Lou
