I was just downsized by Microstrategy before I even started. I accepted a consulting position with an expected mid-August start date, however, I was notified yesterday that my services will no longer be needed. As a recent graduate I accepted this position in November '99 and now I no longer have the luxury of going through the on-campus recruiting process. I graduated from a top 50 university with a 4.0 gpa, any advice on the best way to get a job in a hurry without accepting a lowsy position?
