Usually the company offers you a job and a salary, rather than you offering a salary to them.
As has been mentioned here by ZS insiders, they usually don't negotiate salaries. |

Employer offers you a job and salary.But employers usually ask for "expected salary" before making an offer. So, I was wondering what to mention as "expected".
Anyways, I accepted another offer. So we can close this sub-thread.
