So I applied to ZS as an associate consultant a few months back during the fall recruiting season. After going through their annoying, bug-ridden online application, I find out a few weeks later by email that they were not going to interview me. Not a big deal, as I was offered interviews with McK, BCG, Bain, and several other strategy firms that I was more interested in, and I ended up signing with one of them. So I get this email last week from the recruiter saying that if I was still interested, they were scheduling interviews for early Feb., and wanted to see if I was available. Whats the deal??? Not that it really matters now, but why did they deny me an interview earlier, only to change their mind now?
