It doesn't stay at work in this day and age. And switching jobs isn't really the answer. We need to write to our congressmen and they need to take our concerns about corporate culture seriously! Many workers are being bullied and it is affecting their ability to make a decent living in addition to the physical health problems that they develop from too much stress at work. Even doctors are really concerned about the growing, silent epidemic....... |

I have had many jobs in my
long career-I find the worse
offenders at really at the
MANAGEMENT LEVEL-They bully
harrass, scream, lie, steal,
are cruel and Are not at all
Silent! California used to
protect employees from these
abuses, but has changed the
law now-If It is not a
Sexual or Discriminatory
(race, age, etc.), then the
Labor Board won't even
listen anymore! I spoke to
the 2 Labor Attorneys-Now
have referred me to a
Workman's Comp Attorney-
I don't want workers comp-
I just want these Bullies
To go to Charm or Etiquette
School-They used to do
that-The Labor Board would
investigate a work complaint
And if they found the
complaints to be true,
witing a year-There was
action taken-& a cash
settelement! Now that was
fair-So now you have
to go on Workmans Comp-
& who wants to do that
for mental & emotional
distress-??? As long as
these monsters are out
there-People are at risk
everywhere.
