It doesn't stay at work in this day and age. And switching jobs isn't really the answer. We need to write to our congressmen and they need to take our concerns about corporate culture seriously! Many workers are being bullied and it is affecting their ability to make a decent living in addition to the physical health problems that they develop from too much stress at work. Even doctors are really concerned about the growing, silent epidemic.......
