Why is there so much violence in the workplace? Why aren't we taking it seriously? The large insurance firm I used to work for was literally a psycho ward. People were threatening suicide daily and the bathrooms were a mess. I think the bathrooms were a mess because of disturbed workers. But why were they disturbed? Why did they suddenly hate themselves and their lives? I found out by listening to them that their work environments were driving them insane!
