Find out what your state laws are. In my state (Nebraska) employers are required to give employees paid time off for jury duty. If your employer hassles you, report them. |

I work for the courts in New York State. Here, if your employer has more than 10 employees, he is required to pay you the regular juror fee for three days. After that, the State pays the fee.
