I work for a small company and have been selected for Jury Duty. This is a first for me in my career but I was informed that the employees are to use the persona/sick time. I would like to hear from as many of you possible as to what your company policy if for Jury Duty. Thank you. |

Find out what your state laws are. In my state (Nebraska) employers are required to give employees paid time off for jury duty. If your employer hassles you, report them.
