Message: Is the employer supposed to pay the health premium for the first 30 days after an employee has been terminated? Then COBRA would become availible on the second month... I have an ex eployee who is telling me it's the law. I have looke it up in a few books and am not sure I am reading it correctly. Does anyone know if is required? Thanks
