Unfortunately, no. Or fortunately, depending on how you look at it. We are a small pseudo-state association with a total of 35 employees. Since my first post, my friend has quit - not before telling our ED exactly why - and the manager in question has been "disciplined." Meaning if the boss hears that he's stepped out of line again he's fired. In the meantime, I have officially activated my job search.
