I am a Marketing Manager - overseeing a corporate marketing department for 500+ employee firm. My boss has no marketing education / experience; his 15+ years background is in a completely different area. The problem is that he always takes credit for my work and ideas to compensate for his lack of "know-how", and to look good in front of the board of directors / president. HR is unreceptive, what should I do? |

These bullies need to be stopped before they destroy your credibility and your talent and/or possibly your career. Don't let HR advise you. They are there for the benefit of the managers and the company, not you the employee.
