Message: Recently, our company has implemented S-D training. Each person is required to attend 3-day sessions along with members of the team and a few other teams. At first I thought it was a positive thing. I got to know co-workers and understand personality differences. However, our department remains unchanged. I realize change does not happen overnight. But we have bosses who bully those below them. The bosses are not held accountable for their actions. What good does it do if only those of us at the bottom have to be accountable, show respect, and integrity? When we do something good, they take the credit. When we do something wrong, they raise hell instead of giving you constructive criticism. This isn't setting a good example for us.
