They are a real problem in medium and large corporations. The Target is a person who comes to work, does their best, tries to work with others, and sets high standards for themselves and exhibits a "people first" attitude. Often, the Bully cannot stand the Target's cheerfulness, how others like them, how they cannot be brought down easily, etc....
