I have a job, and I have a life. We all have choices to make, fun, or finishing up a project, or take on a new project, or take a class, or go for an advanced degreee or.... There is a model where regardless of your capacities, and regardless of you willingness to work, everyone is treated equally, it's called Comunism, and it works very successfully in Russia (ooops, wait, no, I do not think it worked, but you can check for yourself!).

Although you can make choices, you can't be treated fairly or expect understanding when working for a large corporation. They expect us to be the same. Individual differences are not accounted for and HR are the police who stand behind the managers no matter who is wrong. What happened to living in a free country? What happened to valuing our individual differences? Living in America is like living in Communism. For 40+ hours a week, life in the corporate world is a living hell!!!!!!!!!!
