Manager who needs training |

I've been working for a large company for the past year. During the first three months of employment, I approached my boss and asked how I was doing, what ideas I had and I asked for his suggestions. He had nothing to say, except that I was "doing fine." I get my 6 month review and that's also good because I got a 7% raise. But lately since this person took this so-called Senn-Delaney training, he has gone around smiling in fake ways and pretending to be sincere. He barges in my office and when I ask questions he is not willing to help me. The department still operates in the same old ways and our HR department will do nothing. I've worked hard, done well and now suddenly nothing I do is good enough. I feel like a Target in this department. He twists things even when I have done something right. What can I do? Do I have some legal recourse?
