Those comments are good, and pretty much what I was doing anyway. Unfortunately, it's all irrelevent now as this girl was 'made redundant' last week. Shame she had to go, but we are masters of our own destiny, and she made her choices.

If you didn't think of her as a "girl," perhaps you would have had a better working relationship with her.
