My problem is not that I have no work..I have tons of work in a MKT department but I just hate the services we have to sell..."Why don??t you find another job?" Because there are so few jobs available that I think my next job will come in 6 months...and I struggle so much to make a change in my career and move to a MKT area...sigh! resignation until something new arrives. |

Ok, I have eben at my job for over one year now and I am still bored!
Very often, I get no work in at all and I drive an hourjust to come in and sit there. They started screwing around a few months ago and my boss quit and where is his replacement? Havent seen anyone even come in to be interviewed.
I have nothing to do, with the industry slow down there is nothing in HR to do. I frequently help out other departments and thats fine and dandy, but I have no work to do once that is done.
I ask everyone for work and everyone says that I finish too fast when in my mind i think it should not take 1/2 day to do what I did.
Find another job? Try looking in my area for an HR job for someone that has been out of college for 1.5 and bored most of that time. If you are not a manager, there is no work for you!
