If I've had a decent review and don't have much to add or comment on in regards to my supervisor, co-workers, etc... Is there any protocol for what people add or include in the section for Employee feedback after the supervisor has given their comments?
Thanks. |

You can always choose to respond, in writing, to a review, whether it was positive or negative.
Your response can be a rebuttal or simply a letter for the record commending your boss for helping you succeed. Remember your boss (unless he's the top man) is also getting reviewed and your support will help him.
