When I fell in the ofc & smashed my head on a concrete wall & knocked unconscious then removed by emergency medcial personnel, the company did not know what OJI was & did not pay me for the 2 days I was out as a result.
Then at the end of the year as a coincidence I had 2 unused days that I lost. Where's the justice in that?
