I am a psychologist interested in how companies responded or are responsing to the stress of the 9/11 terror attacks and anthrax crisis. I am particularly interested in your observations about how management reacted under stress. I am proposing that organizations experience the equivalent of Posttraumatic Stress Syndrome. I would like case examples which should be anonymous. If you'd like when my paper is completed I could send you a summary. The paper that comes out of this study would be intended for professional audiences and or journals, with the identities of organizations disguised for confidentiality reasons.
