Message: During the interview you will not hear a word about benefits. They are: *One week vacation after completing one year of service. Two years vacation after two years and then you have to wait 10 years for three weeks vacation. *You will get a whopping 45 minutes for lunch, where you will have to sign in and out. No breaks inbetween. *If you are called for jury duty, you will get paid for one day and the rest of the days you are assigned to jury duty, you will have to use vacation pay. *The medical insurance is very costly. For two people you will pay $240.00 per month. The drug card costs you $10.00, $15.00, and they have a list of drugs which will cost you $30.00. One employee stated that they have to pick and choose what drugs they can afford and what drugs they have to do without. *Long-term disability lasts 90 days and you're out of a job. *Each employee is instructed in the benefits booklet that it's benefit booklet is confidential. I wonder why?
