I am a manager that was terminated from a market group of a big consulting firm although I had the highest chargeability (out of 3 White, male managers in the group)and solid reviews. My only poor review (which was used in the decision to terminate me) was from a Partner and Manager who kept on making stereotypical remarks about my race. Because of this review, I was ranked on the bottom among the 4 managers in the group. Should I sue the firm? File a complaint with the EEOC? What are my chances of being able to at least negotiate an increased severance package from the firm due to this fact?
