is it just me ???? or are there a whole slew of dumb ass ,no connon sense bosses out there.THE COFFEE DRINKER,is that brown noser who
1.delegates all their work so they can go to their kids soccer game.
2.is in endless meetings
3.at the company gym two hours of their work day.
4.never gets anything done and always gets away with it .
5.telecommuter

I was sick and tired of doing all the work and have my bosses look good. So I made my moves, and in about gour years I have more than doubled my salary (almost 3x) to over 6 figures.
It's a different kind of work to have many people report to you, there are dumb bosses and there are dumb people. I love when people tell me that "It cannot be done", I try to have them bet their job on it, I proove to them that YES it can be done in 1/4 of the time that they tell me and then I proceed to show them the door.
If yuou think you are hot, go for it, your boss makes much more money than you do and "works" not as hard!
