Does anyone know anything about internet monitoring? I work at a fairly small company and when I started working there, they passed out a memo regarding using the internet and not to abuse the privilege and all that jazz. I am bored all the time at work, needless to say if no one has work for me to do, I go online. I was just wondering how do most companies monitor our internet usage? Do they plug into our computer and stare at what we are looking at? Or do they just load up a screen and it has the link and the user who visited it? Not like I am looking at anything bad online, just online very much. Any insight is appreciated!
