I'm getting so sick of corporate america. I work my ass off and get nothing for it. Everybody I knows has a abetter job and make more money than me.

Hi
why not go into business for yourself, or make a change to a small, entrepreneurial company, or how about a not for profit?
I worked for Corp America many many years, put up with the bs, got high blood pressure etc. AND then changed jobs -- Life can be different.
you always have choices.
