In February this year, I was "let go" from my job. All my boss told me was that "I wasn't a perfect fit for the company" and that "I wouldn't work out". He also told me that "this has nothing to do with your skills or abilities, you're just not what we are looking for". He never told me I was "fired" or anything like that. I just need some advice on how to go about with my job applications and interviews. Was I fired or laid off?? And how do I explain this to future employers?? HELP!!!!!!! |

Did you (or are you) getting unemployment compensation?
Are you eligible for unemployment compensation?
If so, you were laid off.
If you don't know the answer - get the answer from you local unemployment office and your problem is solved!!!
