but unfortunately, there is no h.r. to appeal to as he is the owner-boss.
i agree that things will stay the same and probably get worse - hinting to him about his behaivor does not work because he says things that makes you think he understands and will correct his behaivor but he just does the same things again later.
you would think that his problem with retaining employees would help with his management style but he probably just thinks the problem is, as always, with others.
