In my company, we have the same thing... one director bought his degree from the internet.. he mangles the english language, and is incompetent at his job.. do what I am going to do, and search for a place where the idiots don't rule. The bigger the company, the less chance that unqualified, or low education people get promoted to these senior level jobs. |

I have been with bigger (Deutsche) and have been with better (job prior to this one) and I can attest that smaller is better because you get more p.r. and visibility unless you don't want that it. Bigger allows you to hide, smaller allows you to shine - and yes I need to find a place where the lunatics haven't taken over the assylum.
