I plan on taking the next day off (I was wrong on the date -its the 16th) as I need to use one of my "floaters" which I cannot carry over to the following year as I can vacation days.
Oddly I have been invited to a holiday gala by an organization I would thoroughly enjoy working for, and that is the following day Friday the 17th at a place way swankier than the one where my current employer is having thiers so thats what I plan on doing.
