I've been asked to travel to another city for a week-long company event. The travel itself is no problem - however, I found out that I will be expected to share a hotel room with a co-worker. I'd rather have a room to myself, and would even be willing to pay for it. But if I'm the only person who does that, will I appear to be rude, or unsociable, or whatever? Has anyone else been in this situation, and if so, how did you handle it? Thanks in advance for your input... |

Double up with someone of the opposite sex to atleast keep thing interesting for a while. For me I get along better (as friends) with women than men.
