I have a new coworker who likes to come up to me in the morning before I've even had my coffee and TALK and TALK and TALK. She also has one of the loudest speaking voices I've ever heard. I can usually keep the conversation short, but sometimes she speaks to the woman at the next desk, and literally I can barely concentrate because she just babbles at top volume for 15 minutes. What can I do?
