Have you ever thought of minding your own business? Why does this co-worker's behavior bother you so much?
Is this person stealing your salary? Are you getting in trouble because of this behavior? What are you losing or gaining by this behavior? I could see being miffed if this behavior had an enormous impact on your salary or performance. Do as I do. If it doesn't impact me, I DON'T CARE!! |

if the person's absences are having a detrimenatl impact on any team projects you are involved in if not (expletive)it!
I was at Deutsceh Bank and it seems some syncophantic suck ups had all the time to keep tabs on me (because I went home at 5:30 PM and didn't stay until the wee hours oohh no face time) but little to do their own work. When a comment was passed that someone (my peer) had noticed I said "Maybe she should use gthe time expended in keep tabs on me to do her own work" and eventually it got back to her and to our department head. She was told to expend more effort onm work and less on playing hall monitor.
Who cares what this person does unless they report directly to you.
