Have you ever thought of minding your own business? Why does this co-worker's behavior bother you so much?
Is this person stealing your salary? Are you getting in trouble because of this behavior? What are you losing or gaining by this behavior? I could see being miffed if this behavior had an enormous impact on your salary or performance. Do as I do. If it doesn't impact me, I DON'T CARE!! |

This email string doesn't impact you, then why DO YOU CARE?? And yes, this co-worker's consistent absence does affect my workload and the workload of the team...so it does have an impact.
