It is human nature for men to feel they are the "bread winners" and women to feel the responsibility of the home and children. Within our workforce today, woman have to accept the additional responsibility as well as tolerate the fact that men are not designed to compete with women or work along with women. Men, in turn, have to face the fact that are society's indulgences is the reason woman are in the workforce in the first place and should respect that woman are willing to share the burden. |

I don't understand what you mean by this.
"Men, in turn, have to face the fact that are society's indulgences is the reason woman are in the workforce in the first place"
I thought it was because (1) the cost of living has been driven up by a variety of factors (especially government intervention in the economy) thereby making it extremely difficult for a family to buy a house and send their children to college on the income of one person and (2) women wanted something more than simply raising children.
There is no rational basis for excluding women from the workforce, especially in a country like the US which is supposed to value the individual. That was the primary reason that women were finally allowed to fully participate in the workforce. There's still a lot of work to be done, but I think we're headed in the right direction.
