Message: I work with someone whose means of sexual harassment is very subtle, which in some ways, makes it harder. Because the nature of his advances ar very insiduous (touching arms and shoulders whenever he walks by, leaning over your shoulder, staring etc...) it is hard to tell if it is in my mind or if something needs to be done. If I opt for the latter, what do you do? "Excuse me, you need to stop touching me?" What if it is something he thought nothing of (and now obviously does). I don't really know, but it makes me very uncomfortable. I am most definitley not interested, but I don't want to hurt his feelings either. I know this situation is rather convoluted, but that is what makes it so difficult. I try to avoid all contact and stay as far away as possible. Please help!!!
