Women may make up 48% of internet users. But what about management at dot com companies? Currently 2 sexual harassment suits pending against Juno. Article in this month's Standard (www.thestandard.com) suggests that dot coms' might be new age incubators for the old double standard. Combination of youth, money, and power may make 20 something men feel omnipotent. With no life experience to draw on their behavior goes directly to the gutter. What do you think? Anybody experiencing this outside of Juno?
