Dear Augustine:
You sound like you believe there is a giant conspiracy to hold women down. To the contrary, most people, men and women, are trying to balance work and family life. There is plenty of room for solid achievement in any field, without worrying about who is holding you back. There certainly is no great conspiracy against anyone or any group. If anything, the self-declared victim groups such as women and minorities have a great advantage over everyone else these days, but you don't hear everyone complaining.
It is important to understand that when you work for someone else, you answered an ad for 'help wanted'. That's what the boss expects - help. What ever happened to being grateful to the boss for your employment, your paycheck, your health insurance, your 401k and everything else. Whether the boss is a man or a woman, they are human and have their insecurities and their difficulties in understanding subordinates and in communicating with them.
If you are frustrated, you can vote with your feet, and find a better opportunity. But in the meantime, you owe your loyalty to the person responsible for your paycheck and benefits. Be grateful and stop complaining about all this imaginary female victimization nonsense. |

Hey James,
#1. Why are you reading this women stuff?
#2. How come you ain't out mowing the lawn or fixing fences out on the back 40 getting ready for an Indian attack or doing some kind of real he-man thing instead of looking for some lady-woman-girl to victimize with your sorry old 10th century burn em at the stake words?
This is the Kali Yuga baby.
My advice to you, James? Sorry I'm a Christian women and I can't use that kind of language.
My hunch about you James? You are into abuse probably S & M, were abused yourself and are in Denial. James, you need help. Go away, far away. I hope I never meet you. If I work with you? I can hear the cash register ringing on that sexual harrassement settlement.
