The other poster appears to have worked in Research. His experience has no relation to what you would have as a Corp Fin Analyst.
The firm is extremely white-shoes. From my interaction with them, there seems to be no bias against women or minorities, especially as far as being a CF Analyst goes. There is just not real attempt at promoting diversity ... it is a private company who hires people that fit in. They really seem to like good extracurricular experience. Are you trying to apply for a full-time position starting this summer? If you have an email account I can give you a bit more information. |
