I am a gay lawyer, and have an offer to join W&C as an Associate, and currently undecided about accepting it. I have read about efforts in supporting women advance in their careers, but nothing related to gays, african-americans, or other minority groups. Can someone that works here please provide their perspective on career opportinities for these minorities? |

W&C eagerly supports the careers of gays, african americans, women, etc., etc. I've been at the firm for a few years (yes, my moniker is a bit outdated) and have only been warmly supported by partners and other associates.
