I have gone through 2 interviews and I still have not found out how this mysterious $3000/mo can be made. I would like kind of a break down, is it a point system ? A quantity thing? Dollar's in sales? How does the incentives and commission work for this position... Is $3000 feasable or what?
Thanks |

I work there now- been there for 14 months and about to leave.
Basically you will start as a credit manager potential for 3k/m bonus. It is attainable but not easy.
You sell loans, credit cards, and mortgages. Every mortgage you do over 50K increases the bonus payout up to 4 over 50K.
BUT, to really get a good bonus you have to get 15 total products for the month between your mortgages, credit cards, and Personal loans. I am a senior credit manager there and at that level your bonus will cap at 10k/month.
A lot of your success will come from if you are at a high volume branch or not.
I made 45k in 05 w/ 32k base salary- cleared around 10k in bonuses- all bonuses made during second half of 05' b/c I was training and getting up to speed.
Money isnt bad- but it is heavy telemarketing which is not for me- I am leaving for an analyst position w/ a salary much higher than my base at Wells.
You will be a telemarketer but if you are good you will make decent money.
