Interesting.....
As manager of First Tuesday branch in Kyiv, I've got info on 5! recent large startups in offshore software development in Ukraine. I constantly get reports that more and more US companies are looking to outsource to Ukraine. This whole offshore mania has started about two months ago.
I believe that this growth may have been caused by the web market turmoil in the US, don't you agree?
There may be some other causes - earthquake in India, etc. Being in Ukraine, I really cannot evaluate the underlying factors that have caused this growth, and would like to get opinion of somebody who is as familiar with the US web development market, as I am with Ukrainian.
