took at a telephone interview, then an in-person interview for a position in Corp Admin. I've tried to follow-up with the recruiter and was told I'd hear back later that day, but nothing ever happened. It's been more than a month, which seems like plenty of time for them to at least notify me of a rejection. Is this lack of follow-up and letting a candidate know he/she hasn't been selected something that's normal? It seems odd for a company like Disney. Has anyone else had a similar experience or know of others who had?

about 10 years ago I applied for a salaried role with Walt Disney World and did not get it.-about 6 weeks later I got the rejection letter.
