Recruitment habits at WSJ editorial |

I was wondering if any WSJ editorial staff would like to contribute their feelings on the WSJ's recruiting habits. Does the WSJ routinely hire people whose educational background might include journalism but who have not worked in the field itself? How about if writing were an applicant's principal responsibility?
