I guess I should be glad I was deemed unsuccessful. I have been selling for the last few years and would like to try something new. Do you think you will stay at Wachovia? All in all, is it a good company to work for? |

I will stay for now, but I'm looking. The job market is still slow and I have put some time in at Wachovia. My feelers are out there and if something better comes along I'm definately looking into it. Wachovia overall is a "friendlier" bank to work for than say a Bank of America. But its still a bank and they do have politics you will have to deal with if you decide to work here. The main thing to remember is to get the best position you can going in the door, because you will spend eternity trying to move up. I'm learning this now. It all depends on your long term goals, where you stand and how you plan to get there. I'm at a stage in my life where I don't want to wait 5-10 years hoping I can move up. That may be different for someone else.
